An ordinance adopted Sept. 18, 2014(2), repealed the former Ch. 14., §§ 14-1—14-21, and enacted a new Ch. 14 as set out herein. The former Ch. 14 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from the ordinance of Sept. 19, 2013(2).
